chicken angara

Dish:Non Vegetarian - Chicken
Main Ingredient: chicken and dry chilli

Ingredients

1.Boneless chicken -500gm
2.Finely chopped ginger-3tbsp
3.Finely chopped garlic -2tbsp
4.Finely chopped onoin -4no
5.Dry redchilli-15no
(sock in water for an hour and make a smooth paste)
6.Tomato paste-4tbsp
7.Almond paste-4tbsp
8.Coriander powder-2tsp
9.Garam masala-1tsp
10.salt -as reqd
11.oil-3tbsp
12.Finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions

1.Heat oil in pan and saute onion,ginger and garlic untill golden brown
2.Add coriander powder and garam masala
3.Add tomato paste ,saute well
4.Add chilli paste and cook well,add almond paste ,saute 3 minuts
5.Add chicken pieces and salt,cook till
done
6.Garnish with copped coriander leaves and dry chillies

Your theory of chiken angara is in complite bcs coal idea isn't found.
