Spinach - 1 bunch
onions (optional)
water - 2-3 cups
Green Chilly - 2 nos
Salt (to taste)
soya sauce(while serving)
Wash thouroughly the spinach leaves n chop them finely.Along with enough water (2-3 cups) and green chillies,pressure cook the spinach upto 3 whistles.To this you can add chopped onions too if desired.After cooking, serve hot with 2 tspn soya sauce per serving.. Add pepper to make it spicy.
spinach is very nutritional.. n often not liked by children.. However, this soup is tasty and is a good option for those who tend to dislike spinach.
