2 cups wheat(atta)
2 cups mint leaves(pudina)
1 1/2cups gruondnuts
1/2 cup channa
4 green chillies
1tsp cumin seeds
31/2tsp oil
A pinch of salt and sugar
Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and sugar,and half a teaspoon of oil to make a soft dough.heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan and throw in some cumin seeds.when it starts crackling,add groundnuts,cumin,channa,and green chillies.grind to acoarse powder.Add chopped mint leaves andtwo teaspoons of oil to the powderand make small balls.now dividethe dough into small,eqeal portions and stuff them with the mint balls.Roll out into parathas and cook on a tava. serve with curd.
