2 raw bananas
4 onions
2 gms tamarind
100 gms ground nuts
50 ml cooking oil
10 gms mustard
10 gms Channa Dal
10 gms Lal mirchi
5-6 curry leaves
Salt, mirchi powder and haldi to taste
Cut the raw bananas into four pieces. Add tamarind,haldi and boil in water till the banana can be smashed easily. Chop the onions, grind them, add salt and mirchi powder to make the onion paste. Once the banana gets boil properly, take a deep pan,pour oil, Channa dal,mustard seeds,ground nuts, curry leaves,a pinch of salt and do the seasoning. Next, add the onion paste and when its cooked properly, add the boiled raw banana and smash it. Cook for about five minutes. The curry is ready.
