3-4 sliced onions
1 cup besan
1/2 tsp soda bi-carb
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
oil to fry
salt to taste
For hot garlic souse;
2tbsp oil
1tbsp garlic,1tbsp ginger
1tbsp green chillies
1/2 cup sliced spring onions
2tbsp spring onion greens
1 sliced green capsicum
2 tbsp soya sause
2 tbsp red chilli sause
2 tbsp green chilli sause
2 tbsp chilli vinegar
2tbsp crushed pesnuts
To prepare bhajiyas,mix in the onion with the salt and keep aside for ten minutes.Add in the besan and other powder spices and using a little water make a nice batter and a litter water make a nice batter and fry the mixture into small bhajiyas until well cooked.Remove and keep aside.
To prepaer the sause;
Heat oil,saute the garlic,ginger and green chillies,add in the onions and capsicums and fry.add in the sause and mix well,add in bhajiyas and coat well.remove and garnish with spring onion greens andserve hot.
