Rice and olive cutlets with mango chutney

Main Ingredient: Rice

Ingredients

2 cups left over rice
1tsp garlic(chopped)
1 small onion(chopped)
1tbsp coriander leaves(chopped)
1tbsp mint leaves(chopped)
1tsp chat masala
1tsp garam masala powder
1/2cup grated cheese
1 egg
2 smashed potato
2tbsp maida
oil to fry
To serve with
chutney,ketchup,sauce etc

Directions

In amixing bowl,combine together the leftover rice and add in the chopped onion,garlic,coriander and mint and also the chat masala and the garam masala and the cheese along with the egg and potato,maida and make a smooth mixture and shape them into various assorted sizes and shapes and coat them with breadcrumbs and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.remove and drain excess oil,serve hot with sauce or chutney.
