1 packet chinese egg noodles
1/2 cup prawns,shelled and de-veined
1cup cooked vegetables,like carrot,beans and cabbage
Soak the noodles in hot water,for 15 minutes.Drain and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan.fry garlic till golden.Add spring onions,carrots,beans,cabbage,capsicum.stir fry for two minutes.Add the drained noodles,tomato ketchup,curry powder and prawns.cook for four to five minutes. serve hot.
