1/2 cup flour
1/4cup cocoa powder
1tbsp baking powder
90gm grain sugar
3eggs
1tbsp vanilla essence
2 cup of wipped cream
1 cup chocolate grated
1can cherry,drained and chopped
1 cup sugar syrup
Sieve flour baking powder and cocoa powder twice and keep aside.Beat egg and sugar over hot water till thick and custard like consistency.Fold in the sieved flour and cocoa,and little water to obtain a pouring consistency.Bake in a preheated oven at 200'c for twenty minutes.Cool and cut the cake,horizontally,into two layers.Sprinkle sugar syrup on the bottom layer of the cake and spread some whipped cream,grate chocolate and chopped cherries.Place it on top with the other layer and sprinkle sugar syrup and kirsch liqueur.cover with whipped cream.chocolate shaving on the sides of the cake with hand.Pipe dollops of whipped cream,with a pipingbag on top of the cake. place cherries on the dollops to decorate.
