musturd seeds-1 teaspoon
Fenugreek-1/2 teaspoon
chilly powder
currypowder(Karivepilai)
asafodita(Kayam)
Take one Mango, cut it into very small pieces. Add salt. In kadai, put some oil with musturd seeds, Fry it and add currypowder(Kariveppilai).Then mix this fryed items into the cut mango. put some chillypowder and mix it. Boil 4 teaspoons of oil and mix into that mango. Cut mango is ready to eat.
Cut mango matches with Pongal & curd rice. It is very delicious pickle and easy to prepare also.
