red chill 3
Tamarind 100grams
urad dal 1tsp
Take a pan add oil. cumin seeds,garlic,tamarind,chillies, cook for 5 min then add coconut grated or cuts into cubes.
Cook till chillies changes its colour or tender, Then blend in a blender.
In a pan add oil, red chilli dry,cumin seeds,mustard,channa dal,urad dal, garlic,hing,curry leaves mix well.
Add this tempering to the pickle.
