All purpose flour cup 1
Cooking soda grams 5
Fennel tsp 1
Ghee tsp 2
Honey cup 1/4
Kalonji tsp 1/2
Salt to taste
Take a bowl add crush pepper, crush fennel, kalonji, salt, all purpose flour, ghee, cooking soda, Honey, some water, mix it like a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions help with rolling pin roll them out into small medium chapattis. Place the roti on the hot griddle and cook them with ghee on both sides. Serve this with your favourite curry.
