3 1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups of whole wheat flour
4 tbsp of cream
1 tbsp of fennel seeds
6 to 7 tbsp of powdered brown sugar
Ghee for frying
-Take the flour in a bowl. Slowly, add milk to it to make a smooth paste.
-Add the cream, powdered sugar, and fennel seeds to it, and mix well.
-Add more milk if you want. However, the consistency of the batter should be thick enough to make pua.
-Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan.
-Take a ladle-full of batter and pour it on the pan. Spread it evenly and let it cook from both the sides. Serve hot with mango pickle.
