-3 cups curd
-3 cups chopped mango pulp
-1 tablespoon honey
-3 to 4 tbsp sugar
-Crushed ice
-Rose syrup (optional)
- Take the chopped mango pulp and place it in a blender jar. Add a few tablespoons of curd to the jar to create a smooth paste. Remember to set aside a few mango chunks for garnishing.
- Add honey, sugar, curd and crushed ice and churn it for a few seconds.
- Serve chilled in a tall glasses. Garnish with rose syrup and mango chunks.
You can also add a pinch of saffron strands for added flavor and aroma.
