-1/2 cup buckwheat (kuttu)
-2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
-1/4 cup flaked almonds
-1/2 cup powdered water chestnut
-2 tablespoon ghee
-2 tablespoon raisins
- To prepare this simple recipe, start by taking a pan and dry roasting the kuttu ka atta over medium heat. Once done, transfer it to a plate.
- In the same pan, add the singhare ka atta and dry roast it until it turns golden. Set it aside.
- Next, add ghee to the pan and saute the dry fruits and nuts. Keep them aside. Add more ghee to the pan and gradually add the dry roasted flours while continuously stirring.
- Ensure that no lumps form and continue cooking until the mixture turns brown and appears cooked. Finally, add milk while stirring continuously.
- Adjust the consistency according to taste and preference. Add the dry fruits and nuts. Serve the dish hot.
