- Place the bananas into a blender. Add the milk to the blender and blend the ingredients together until they form a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste into a bowl and incorporate honey, mixing it thoroughly. Gradually add wheat flour to the paste in batches, whisking well after each addition. Continue adding wheat flour until the desired medium-consistency batter is achieved.
- TNext, take a non-stick pan and grease it with ghee. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in circular motions to create a thin cheela. Cook the cheela on both sides until it turns a golden brown color.
- Serve the cheela with chopped bananas and honey drizzle. Enjoy!
