Ugadi Pachadi - Six tastes of life

Ingredients

2 tbsp neem flowers (fresh or dried)
2 tbsp jaggery (grated)
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 small raw mango (finely chopped)
1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)
A pinch of salt 🧂
1 cup water

Directions

- Soak tamarind in warm water and extract the pulp.

- Add grated jaggery and mix until it dissolves.

- Add chopped raw mango pieces.

- Mix in neem flowers, green chilies, and salt.

- Add water and mix well.
